chore(beads): close final spawn feature beads

All spawn feature beads completed:
- bd-zgt: Spawn Modal UI verification (dropdown implementation)
- bd-3g8: Polish and edge cases (validation, feedback, warnings)

Feature complete: agent spawning with autocomplete.
