Taylor Eernisse	d54f669c5e	chore: add multi-agent editor config and UBS file-write hook ... Add rule/config files for Cursor, Cline, Codex, Gemini, Continue, and OpenCode editors pointing them to project conventions, UBS usage, and AGENTS.md.
