Connects to user's running Brave via Chrome DevTools Protocol to automate ChatGPT interaction. Uses puppeteer-core to open a tab, send the prompt, wait for response, and extract the result. No cookies, no separate profiles, no copy/paste. Just connects to the browser where the user is already logged in. Usage

td.push(Buffer.of(0xf0, 0x9f, 0x92)) // returns ''
td.push(Buffer.of(0xa9)) // returns '💩'
API
const td = new TextDecoder([encoding])
Create a text decoder. encoding defaults to utf8.
const string = td.push(data)
Push either a Buffer or a string to the text decoder. Returns the decoded string, buffering any partial data.
const string = td.end([data])
End the decoder, optionally pushing a final piece of data. Returns the decoded string.
